Nice assortment of Max Morath pictures, programs, letters and his book.
Collection includes:
(1) “Max Morath The Road to Ragtime” book, by Max Morath, Diane Fay Skomars, & Ralph Schoenstein, 1999, hardcover, 144 pages, SIGNED and personalized “To Phyllis – Best Wishes – Max Morath  9/3/99”.  It is also signed by Diane Fay Skomars.
Book and dustcover are in very good condition

(2) 2 handwritten letters from Max Morath on his own stationary with personal notes to fan/friend Phyllis.  One is dated 4/5/82, the other is 6/3/(83).  (addresses have been blanked out for the ebay listing).  Letters have not been authenticated.
(3) 6+ Program/flyers for various concerts.  These are still in the photo album pages they were found in.
(4) 24 candid snapshot photos, some with Max on stage, some at a get-together with friends.  Several photos remain in the photo album pages they were found in, some are loose.
Phyllis was an avid music-loving autograph seeker and must have gotten to know Max Morath over the years.

but I’m pretty sure they’re the real deal.
