We guarantee you will receive the item shown in the pictures, will be satisfied with its condition, and our service. All items are described to the best of our knowledge. Please look at all photos and read descriptions carefully before making your purchase. We do our best to correctly represent the condition and color of each item in the photos but keep in mind monitor screen colors can differ. Please contact us if you have any questions or issues. All of our items are on display in our showroom located in Shelburne, VT. You are welcome to come view any item in person before purchasing.

Returns
All items must be paid for with-in 2 days of the close of auction.
We accept Paypal, Bank Wire & Check (checks must clear before the item can be shipped or picked up)
Our goods ship from our showroom in Shelburne, VT. Most items ship with-in 2 days of receiving payment, unless otherwise noted.
Combined Shipping:
If you are interested in more than one item we would be happy to combine the shipping when possible.
Freight
– We are able to offer assistance with the shipping of larger items. Contact us for more information and/or a quote.
International
– We do offer international shipping for smaller items through Ebay’s international shipping program. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs along with any additional taxes, duty or other fees that your country applies. Most of our larger items can be shipped internationally. Contact us for a shipping quote.
Collectibles & Art:
Items must be shipped back to us with-in 14 days. The buyer will be responsible for original shipping costs as well as return shipping costs. Once we receive the item it will be inspected and a full refund of the original purchase price will be made as long as the item is in the same condition as when it was sold.
All Other Items:
Items must be shipped back to us with-in 30 days. The buyer will be responsible for original shipping costs as well as return shipping costs. Once we receive the item it will be inspected and a full refund of the original purchase price (minus shipping costs) will be made as long as the item is in the same condition as when it was sold.
Damages:
Please inspect all items immediately upon arrival. If you find any damages they need to be reported with-in 2 days of receipt of the item. Include more than one photo of the damaged item and the shipping box so that we are able to file any necessary claims in a timely manor.
If we grossly misrepresent the item we will make it right or a full refund including shipping costs would be offered.
